Paul de Vos, PhD is a global research leader in the fields of diabetes, cellular metabolism and signaling, immunology, cellular encapsulation, bio-implantable polymers, and islet and cellular transplantation. His work and discoveries are seminal contributions to the STEMPLANT® and STEM-DM® technology and platform.

Dr. de Vos is a full Professor of Immunoendocrinology, Division of Medical Biology, Department of Pathology and Medical Biology, University of Groningen and University Medical Center Groningen, Groningen, The Netherlands.
